Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
The CoA reports the actual test results for a specific batch against its specification — assay, purity, key impurities, and physical properties. Insist on a CoA with every batch, not a generic template.
MSDS / SDS and TDS
Safety Data Sheets cover hazards, handling, storage and emergency measures — essential for safe transport and use. Technical Data Sheets summarise specifications and typical properties for your formulation and process teams.
Drug Master File (DMF)
For regulated markets, a DMF lets a manufacturer submit confidential chemistry, manufacturing and controls information to authorities, which your filing can reference. Ask early whether DMF support is available for the intermediates you need.
CAS numbers and traceability
Every product should be identified by its CAS number, molecular formula and purity, with consistent labelling batch to batch. Clear identifiers make traceability — and re-ordering — straightforward.
